How to start a return

  1. Email hello@laughlinartgallery.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and label.
  3. Ship the item to the provided address. Unless instructed otherwise, use:

Refused or undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may deduct shipping and handling from any refund. We can reship upon payment of additional postage.
