We want you to love the art you receive. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases from Laughlin Art Gallery.

Return window and condition
- Standard returns: 30 calendar days from delivery for eligible items.
- Condition: Items must be in original condition and packaging, including any Certificate of Authenticity and inserts.
- Original artworks: Because one-of-a-kind works are unique, we accept returns within 14 days from delivery if kept in original condition.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalized items (including custom framing or special sizes).
- Opened limited editions where the seal, signature plate, or COA has been removed or tampered with (except for damage/defect claims).
- Gift cards and digital downloads (if any).
- Items returned used, damaged, or missing components not due to our error.
These exclusions do not limit your statutory rights.
Damaged or defective items
- Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Exchanges
Want a different size or edition (if available)? Contact us. We’ll guide you through returning the original item and placing a new order. Price differences and shipping costs may apply.
Return shipping and costs
- If the return is due to damage, defect, or our error, we cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.
- For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping and risk during transit. We recommend insured and trackable service.
- If items arrive not in original condition, we may apply a refurbishment fee or reject the return.
Refund method and timing
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: typically 5–10 business days after approval (your bank or provider may take longer).
How to start a return
- Email hello@laughlinartgallery.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable).
- We’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and label.
- Ship the item to the provided address. Unless instructed otherwise, use:

Refused or undeliverable parcels
If a parcel is refused or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we may deduct shipping and handling from any refund. We can reship upon payment of additional postage.
